For the purposes of European and United Kingdom data protection law, Titan Mediaworks is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except where we process information on a client's behalf under a separate written agreement, in which case that client is the controller and we act as a processor.

4. How we use it, and our legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and corresponding with you. Basis: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
- Providing, administering and improving our services. Basis: performance of a contract, or legitimate interests.
- Operating, securing and improving this website. Basis: legitimate interests in running a functioning and secure site.

- Preventing fraud, invalid traffic and abuse. Basis: legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Managing relationships with clients, partners and suppliers. Basis: performance of a contract, or legitimate interests.
- Meeting legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Basis: legitimate interests.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests are in operating, promoting, securing and improving our business, and we weigh them against your rights and freedoms.
5. Advertising, identifiers and measurement
Delivering campaigns across connected television, digital out-of-home, vertical video and brand placement involves processing information that can identify a device or a household rather than a named person. Across our practices this includes:
- device and advertising identifiers, including the Apple Identifier for Advertisers, the Google Advertising ID, and connected television device identifiers
- IP address
- approximate location, derived from IP address or supplied by a media partner
- information about the app, channel, programme, publication, screen or physical site on which an advertisement was delivered
- delivery and interaction events, used for reporting, billing, and detecting fraud and invalid activity
We use this information to deliver campaigns, to prevent fraud and invalid activity, to measure performance, and to report to clients. We do not seek to identify you by name from it, and we do not knowingly process special categories of personal data through it.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and remain secure. We do not run analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking on titanmedia.works.
The advertising identifiers described in section 5 are processed in the course of delivering campaigns on third-party media, not through this website. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies in their settings.
7. How we disclose information
- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting, email and professional advisers. They are permitted to process personal information only on our instructions.
- Clients, publishers, platforms, screen owners and production partners, to the extent needed to plan, deliver, measure and report on campaigns.
- Counterparties in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
- Authorities, regulators and other parties where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
8. Sale and sharing under California law
Some of the advertising activity described in section 5 constitutes a "sale" or a "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. In plain terms: identifiers and related information pass between participants in the advertising supply chain for the purpose of cross-context behavioural advertising, and California law treats that as a sale or a share even where no money is paid for the data itself.
Categories of personal information we sell or share: identifiers, including device and advertising identifiers and IP address; internet and other electronic network activity information; and approximate geolocation.
Categories of third parties we sell or share it with: demand-side platforms, supply-side platforms and exchanges, measurement and verification providers, publishers, screen owners, and platform partners.
Business purposes: delivering and optimising advertising, measuring performance, billing, and detecting fraud and invalid activity.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those for which a right to limit does not apply.
9. Do not sell or share my personal information
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email partners@titanmedia.works with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to create one.
Where this website receives a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information.
Because most advertising is delivered on media other than this website, device-level controls are usually the most effective route. On iOS, use App Tracking Transparency and Limit Ad Tracking. On Android, use "Delete advertising ID". Most connected television platforms offer an equivalent setting, often described as limiting interest-based advertising.
10. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we have collected and how we have used and disclosed it, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email partners@titanmedia.works. We will verify your request, which may mean asking for information that lets us match you to our records. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need the further 45 days that the law allows.
11. Nevada privacy rights
Titan Mediaworks is registered in Nevada. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information as defined by Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. Send that request to partners@titanmedia.works.
12. Rights in the EEA and the United Kingdom
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have the right to access your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom. We would ask that you raise it with us first so we can try to put it right.
13. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we process may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum, together with any additional measures needed in the circumstances.
14. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for 24 months from our last meaningful interaction with you, after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies anyone.
We keep it longer only where a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or contractual reasons, or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Campaign delivery and measurement data follows the same 24-month period.
15. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Children
This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and where the change is material we will say so on this page.
18. Contact us
Questions, requests and complaints about this policy or about how we handle personal information can be sent to partners@titanmedia.works, or by post to Titan Mediaworks, 401 Ryland St, Ste 200-A, Reno, NV 89502, United States.
